Medical Scribe/Assistant Launch Your Healthcare Career

What You'll Do: As a cross-functional Medical Scribe/Assistant, you'll work side-by-side with physicians, gaining firsthand exposure to clinical decision-making, patient interactions, and medical documentation. You'll:

• Scribe live during physician consultations, capturing critical details in the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.
• Assist physicians with instruments and procedures, becoming a trusted clinical support.
• Perform patient work-ups post-consultation, helping translate care plans into action.
• Communicate directly with patients, reinforcing treatment plans and building rapport.

What You Bring:

• 1+ years of on-site medical scribing experience
• Bachelor's or Associate degree in a related field
• Strong multitasking and communication skills
• Proficiency in medical terminology and EMR systems
• A passion for patient care and a drive to learn

The Details:

• Schedule: MondayFriday, 8-hour shifts between 6:00am6:00pm
• Dress Code: Navy blue scrubs, short/groomed nails, hair tied back
• Specialty Focus: Ophthalmology and general healthcare

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Antonio, TX. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
