Job Description

Due to continued growth private medical practice seeking an additional full time Medical Assistants (4 days, per week) for main office in Plymouth and off site locations, flexibility a must.

The Medical Assistant will work as a member of the clinical team and support providers by delivering exceptional customer service and patient care.

Responsibilities of a Clinical Medical Assistant will include:

* Setting up and Maintaining Exam Rooms

* Preparing patients for Examinations

* Reviewing Medical Histories; taking vital signs including blood pressure,

height and weight

* Explaining Medical Procedure to Patients

* Assisting Physician During Examinations

* Calling in Prescription to Pharmacies

* Collecting Laboratory Specimens

* Sterilization of Medical Instruments

* And other tasks, as required

The schedule varies so flexibility is a must! Travel Stipend provided.

Salary is negotiable depending upon experience.
