This application is open to Federal Work Study (FWS)-eligible students as well as non-FWS students. Fifty percent of the available positions are reserved for FWS students.
Job Summary
The Media Specialist (Mane Media Productions) student employee is responsible for producing content and assisting in operations within Mane Media Productions, including D1 athletics broadcasts. Assignments will vary by production and shift, including - but not limited to - videography, audio mixing, video switching, booth producing, replay operation, graphic production, clerical/administrative tasks and providing routine customer service.

Job Responsibilities
Supports the mission of the University and serves as an ambassador of the Q2 culture of service excellence
Models, supports, and holds others accountable to the University's values
Oversees and trains individuals on the use of specialized, technical and dangerous equipment
Serves as a video production assistant for studio, sports and field productions
Completes setup and breakdown of television, digital cinema, and other equipment
Utilizes skills such as audio mixing, camera and graphics operations and technical direction to assist in the production of television and radio programs
Delivers a high level of professionalism at all times
Attends scheduled employee meetings
Responds to the needs of students, colleagues, serviced areas, and community members in a timely and courteous manner
Answers phone, responds to email, forwards messages and confirms appointments
Job may require other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications - An equivalent combination of education, training and experience will be considered. Additional requirements may be designated by position. Currently enrolled at Lindenwood University
Good academic and financial standing with the university
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities - May be representative, but not all inclusive, of the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to perform this job competently. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse communities and cultures
Ability to multitask to complete deadlines
Strong attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, Adobe Premier, and Audition or Avid Media Composer
