Job Summary: We are seeking a licensed Massage Therapist to join our successful wellness clinic. As a Massage Therapist, you will provide personalized treatments tailored to each client's individual needs and health goals. Our ideal candidate is skilled in various massage modalities, possesses a strong knowledge of anatomy and the musculoskeletal system, and thrives in a collaborative, holistic wellness environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of massage and body treatments

• Educate clients on the benefits of regular massage therapy and available wellness services

• Maintain accurate session records

• Schedule, confirm, and manage client appointments

• Build strong client relationships to support their wellness journey

• Ensure a clean, safe, and professional facility

• Adhere to all applicable industry standards, rules, and regulations

Qualifications:

• Valid state and city massage therapy license and liability insurance

• Proficiency in deep tissue, Swedish, and maternity massage modalities (Prenatal massage training available)

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong customer service skills and ability to connect with clients in a one-on-one setting

• High level of ethics and integrity

• Passion for helping people look and feel their best

Compensation:

• Apprentices: $19.50 per hour (including scheduled hours whether providing services or not)

• New therapists (little to no experience): $23.40 per hour (including scheduled hours whether providing services or not)

• Experienced therapists: Up to $40 per hour (including scheduled hours whether providing services or not)

• Additional earnings: 30% tips factored into overall compensation, increasing earning potential to $19.50 – $39 per hour
