We are expanding our internal team and looking for a dynamic Marketing & Engagement Coordinator to help enhance our online presence and foster community outreach!

At Express Employment Professionals , a franchise-owned staffing firm, we specialize in matching people with great jobs and connecting companies with talented individuals. The Marketing & Engagement Coordinator will support three Express locations by developing and executing effective marketing strategies and engagement initiatives aimed at boosting brand awareness, building customer loyalty, and driving community involvement. This role offers an exciting opportunity for creativity, project management, and communication, with a focus on digital marketing, content creation, and event coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all marketing activities across multiple channels, including social media, email, SMS, and paid advertising campaigns
• Write job postings and manage their distribution on local job boards and Indeed
• Plan and coordinate both internal and external events such as holiday parties, job fairs, webinars, and other community engagement activities
• Build and nurture relationships with local businesses and organizations by attending networking events and job fairs

Qualifications:

• Strong Canva (or similar graphic design tool) skills required
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related role
• Excellent organizational and project management skills , with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand-building
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with multiple teams
