We're seeking an innovative AI Marketing Specialist to join our team in New York. The ideal candidate will combine technical AI expertise with marketing acumen to drive campaign performance, enhance customer targeting, and create personalized experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-driven marketing strategies to improve campaign performance, customer targeting, and personalization
• Utilize AI tools to analyze and optimize marketing campaigns, including predictive analytics, machine learning algorithms, and automated insights
• Develop and manage AI-powered content creation workflows, including copy generation, image creation, and video production
• Create and optimize AI-driven customer segmentation models to enhance targeting precision
• Implement and manage chatbots and conversational AI solutions for client campaigns
• Analyze large datasets to identify patterns and insights that inform marketing strategy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, strategy, and data science
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies and trends in marketing automation
• Provide training and guidance to team members on AI tools and applications
• Measure and report on the effectiveness of AI implementations in marketing campaigns

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing with demonstrated expertise in AI applications
• Proficiency with AI marketing tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, DALL-E, or similar platforms
• Experience with marketing analytics platforms and data visualization tools
• Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and applications in marketing
• Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Proven track record of implementing successful AI-driven marketing campaigns
• Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
• Knowledge of digital advertising platforms and programmatic advertising
