We provide culinary entertainment to kids, families, and adults in a fun, beautiful, and state-of-the-art Kitchen Studio. Kids ages 2 to teen love our hands-on cooking classes, camps, birthday parties, and field trips. Adults love our BYOB date night cooking classes, birthday parties, bachelorettes, showers, and corporate events. Our innovative programs are as entertaining as they are educational! We always strive to engage and delight our guests.
We have expanded from a single kitchen in NYC to kitchens throughout the country and are currently looking for someone to join our corporate office in Queenstown, MD Maryland.

Job Description: The Director of Marketing will develop and implement our brand standards, create marketing and advertising plans, work with outside vendors to execute plans, work with franchisees to ensure community outreach is implemented, create measurements for success and campaign performance. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is passionate about paid and community marketing, results driven marketing, beautiful brand standards, and wants to help our locations grow their sales.
To be successful in this role, you will need to understand both the 'art' and the 'science' of developing actionable marketing initiatives that drive decision making. You will be eager to work in an emerging franchise company with an "all hands on deck" attitude when needed to get the job done.
Responsibilities: - In-house marketing expert with extensive knowledge on all things marketing and current industry trends for both culinary entertainment and franchise sales.
- Act as the primary marketing and advertising contact between franchisees and franchisor.
- Create the go-to-market plans which includes advertising and marketing initiatives for launching and ramping new locations.
- Manage Brand Development Fund planning, execution, budget and invoicing.
- Oversee brand development including establishment of brand standards and systemwide initiatives.
- Leverage unique brand positioning to develop content strategy calendars that support on the guest journey from inquiry to booking and retention.
- Serve as the point of contact for agencies and manage projects under development including advertising campaigns, collateral materials, social media and PR.
- Use data and analytics to understand the results of marketing efforts across all channels (i.e. cost per lead, cost per sale) and pivots as necessary to optimize investments.
- Generate consistent reporting on marketing performance to evolve messaging, timing and recommendations based on performance.
- Work collaboratively and cross departmentally to ensure alignment with overall brand image and strategy and in compliance with best practices and franchise law.
- Cultivate relationships on an ongoing basis networking within and outside the industry, to create a strong industry and referral network.
- Act as a liaison with franchise sales partner to deliver on brand strategy and marketing to increases new leads in the franchise sales funnel. Participate in and support the Meet The Team Day franchise sales events, generally monthly.
- As a small business issues may arise that may not directly relate to what is described above come up and you will be asked to assist in their resolution.
- Deliver projects on time and in budget.
Qualifications: - 3+ years of relevant marketing experience
- Extensive expertise with paid advertising strategies and vendors such as Meta, google and more
- Must love numbers and data analysis and have a keen eye for details and accountability
- Strong familiarity with technology tools for running cost effective and efficient campaigns
- Great design aesthetic
- Familiarity with Apple computers, google docs, google analytics, Canva and wordpress websites
- Excellent customer service skills, must be a people pleaser
- Sparkling personality with a smile on your face the majority of the time.

- Self-starter who wants to be a part of a great team
