Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Real Estate Marketing Administrator to support our marketing and administrative operations. This role combines marketing coordination with administrative tasks to ensure the smooth execution of listing promotions, lead generation campaigns, social media management, and general support to agents. Ideal candidates will have a passion for real estate, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate marketing efforts for new listings, including property brochures, flyers, digital campaigns, and signage.
  • Maintain and update listing information across MLS, company websites, and third-party real estate platforms.
  • Manage social media accounts and content calendars (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Design and distribute email campaigns, newsletters, and client communications using platforms like Mailchimp or Constant Contact.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating open houses, client events, and community engagement activities.
  • Support agents with branded marketing materials and presentations.
  • Track marketing metrics and campaign performance; compile reports as needed.
  • Maintain organized databases and CRM systems
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards and real estate advertising regulations.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of marketing or administrative experience (real estate industry preferred).
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of social media marketing and analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with real estate CRM platforms and MLS systems is a plus.
  • High level of attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Prior experience supporting a real estate team, broker, or office.
  • Familiarity with real estate transaction processes and terminology.
