Job Details:
Our dynamic and rapidly growing manufacturing company is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Permanent Quality Auditor. This position is integral to ensuring the highest standards of quality in our products and processes. The successful candidate will utilize their expertise in document control, compliance, audit reports, risk assessment, and quality management systems to drive continuous improvement and maintain excellence in our manufacturing operations. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with more than 2 years of experience in a similar role to join a forward-thinking team and make a substantial impact.

Responsibilities:
1. Conduct regular quality audits across all manufacturing processes to ensure adherence to set standards and regulations.
2. Develop and manage comprehensive audit reports, documenting findings and recommendations for improvements.
3. Implement and manage document control systems to ensure accuracy and accessibility of all critical documents.
4. Conduct risk assessments to identify potential areas of non-compliance or quality issues.
5. Work closely with the manufacturing team to ensure understanding and compliance with quality standards and regulations.
6. Participate in the development and implementation of quality management systems, driving continuous improvement and compliance.
7. Liaise with external auditors and manage the audit process, ensuring all necessary documentation and evidence is available.
8. Provide training and support to team members on quality standards, compliance requirements, and best practices.
9. Participate in root cause analysis of quality issues and develop effective corrective and preventive action plans.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality auditing within the manufacturing industry.
3. Strong knowledge of document control systems and compliance regulations.
4. Proficiency in creating detailed audit reports and conducting risk assessments.
5. Demonstrated experience with quality management systems.
6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
8. Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information to a variety of audiences.
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
10. Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) or similar certification is a plus.
