You'll develop medical protocols, mentor colleagues, and collaborate with the practice manager on finances, budgeting, and operational optimization. Your Qualifications: Graduate from an AVMA-accredited college or have successfully passed the ECFVG certification program and have an active license Unwavering commitment to practicing world-class veterinary medicine Skillful ability to delegate, develop, and inspire a winning team Top-notch communication and coaching talents Compensation:Base salary of $130,000-$175,000 (dependent on experience)Production-based bonuses Why NVA?
