Key Responsibilities

• Motivate and coach Relationship Managers through all stages of Schwab Advisor Services’ sales process.
• Proactively anticipate client issues, prevent problems, and coordinate with other departments as needed.
• Manage and expand existing client relationships, influencing operational improvements and communicating policy updates.
• Organize and manage sales negotiations, including long-term pricing strategies to increase assets.
• Provide data-driven insights, recommendations, and strategic business cases to clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Active FINRA Series 7 & 63 licenses; Series 24 license preferred (may be obtained after employment start).
• At least 6 years of experience in financial services, RIA industry, and relationship management.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales management experience.
• Deep knowledge of the RIA industry, including technology, operations, compliance, and fee structures.
• Strong client service skills, problem-solving ability, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary ranges from $100,000 to $200,000, plus potential bonuses and incentives. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k), paid time off, parental leave, tuition reimbursement, and health insurance.
