Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Machine Operator - 3rd Shift to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a commitment to safety, and a desire for continuous learning which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator - 3rd Shift

Location: Port Richey, FL

Pay Range: $15.35/hr - Weekly Pay!!

What's the Job?

• Follow work instructions to ensure quality parts are produced.
• Maintain good company manufacturing standards to produce acceptable parts.
• Recognize and report any inefficiencies to the process technician and/or supervisor.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain workstation cleanliness and organization according to safety standards.

What's Needed?

• Experience in plastic injection molding is preferred.
• Ability to demonstrate and encourage good manufacturing processes.
• Strong dexterity and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and seek further training and growth.
• Commitment to maintaining a professional attitude and strong work ethic.
