Job Description

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Machine Operator - 3rd Shift to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a commitment to safety, and a desire for continuous learning which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator - 3rd Shift

Location: Port Richey, FL

Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 5:00pm to 5:30am

Pay Range: $15.35/hr - Weekly Pay!!

What's the Job?

Follow work instructions to ensure quality parts are produced.
Maintain good company manufacturing standards to produce acceptable parts.
Recognize and report any inefficiencies to the process technician and/or supervisor.
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain workstation cleanliness and organization according to safety standards.

What's Needed?

Experience in plastic injection molding is preferred.
Ability to demonstrate and encourage good manufacturing processes.
Strong dexterity and attention to detail.
Willingness to learn and seek further training and growth.
Commitment to maintaining a professional attitude and strong work ethic.
