POSITION OVERVIEW

In this role, you'll manage and optimize local SEO campaigns to help businesses dominate search rankings, connect with their audiences, and grow their bottom line. You'll work closely with our SEO team, leveraging your expertise in keyword research, on-page optimization, local listings, and analytics to drive performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Guide new partners through onboarding, ensuring smooth integration into our systems and software.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research to uncover opportunities for boosting organic search visibility.
• Optimize on-page elements such as meta tags, headers, and content to improve search engine rankings.
• Perform Google Business Profile (Maps) optimizations to enhance local search performance.
• Collaborate with content creators to ensure all materials align with SEO best practices.
• Conducted technical SEO audits and recommended actionable solutions to improve site health and performance.
• Track, analyze, and report on website traffic, rankings, and other key SEO metrics to measure success.
• Stay informed about the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry advancements.
• Support link-building efforts to enhance domain authority and referral traffic.
• Write and refine SEO-optimized content to improve user engagement and search rankings.

• Improved Local Search Rankings: Achieve consistent improvements in local search engine rankings for partner websites and Google Business Profiles.
• Increased Organic Traffic: Drive measurable increases in organic website traffic by implementing effective SEO strategies and optimizations.
• Successful Client Onboarding: Seamlessly onboard new partners into our systems, ensuring they are set up for success with clear expectations and processes.
• Engaging, Optimized Content: Deliver high-quality, SEO-friendly content that resonates with users and aligns with partner goals.
• Accurate Reporting: Provide partner and internal teams with clear, actionable reports showcasing campaign progress, results, and growth opportunities.
• Effective Collaboration: Partner with content creators, designers, and other team members to produce cohesive campaigns that meet or exceed partner expectations.
• Growth in Domain Authority: Support link-building initiatives that increase quality backlinks and domain authority.
• Adaptability to Trends: Proactively stay ahead of algorithm updates and industry changes, ensuring clients' strategies remain effective and compliant.
• Client Satisfaction: Foster strong partner relationships through clear communication, prompt issue resolution, and exceptional results that exceed their expectations.

REQUIREMENTS

• Local SEO Expertise: 25 years of hands-on experience in Local SEO, with a proven ability to drive measurable results.
• Google Business Profile Optimization: Proficient in optimizing Google Business Profiles for maximum visibility and engagement.
• Citation Building: Experience managing and improving local citation consistency across directories.
• Keyword Research Skills: Strong knowledge of local keyword research to identify high-value opportunities.
• Schema Markup Implementation: Familiarity with implementing schema markup to enhance local search visibility.
• Competitor Analysis: Ability to conduct detailed local competition analysis to identify gaps and opportunities.
• On-Page Optimization: Expertise in optimizing on-page elements specifically for local SEO success.
• Backlink Knowledge: Understanding of backlink strategies and how they impact local rankings.
• Track Record of Success: Demonstrated ability to improve local search rankings across multiple campaigns.
• Algorithm Understanding: Strong knowledge of local search algorithms, updates, and best practices.
• SEO Tools Proficiency: Experience using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, AHREFs, SEMRush, and Screaming Frog.

COMPENSATION

$55,000- $60,000 (depending on experience)
