Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Liquor Store Manager to join our team in Marietta, GA. As the store manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and manage a team to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient retail environment.

Duties

• Manage day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Supervise, train, and motivate store staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, conduct regular stock checks, and place orders as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal liquor laws and regulations.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Monitor sales performance and work to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store layout.
• Manage schedules, payroll, and other administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Previous retail or management experience (liquor store experience preferred).
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of liquor products, brands, and customer preferences is a plus.
