• Client Co-op Experience or Client Distribution/Transmission Experience desired
• Client Lighting Design experience desired
• Knowledge of NEC and/or NESC Specifications a plus
• Displays team leader attitude when fully trained - "natural leader"
• Excel at communicating ideas to team members; Be able to teach concepts that you learn.
• Display a detail-oriented mindset. Desire to know the "why" behind the "how to do something". Seek to understand tasks, not just "complete" tasks.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision
• Good organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
• Good communication and networking skills
• Display attention to detail in work completion
• Must have a driver's license
• Must have a car or truck to use
• Must be able to endure temperature extremes (Alabama summer and winter temps)
• Must be able to walk on uneven terrain
• Must be able to use basic tools - (hammer stakes in the ground)
• Must have above average computer skills (Microsoft Office, Client priority computer programs)

Education:

• Engineering Degree Desired - Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, Industrial preferred; 0-5 years' experience.
