As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and driven Lead Life Insurance Specialist to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to be the primary life insurance expert within our agency, focusing on driving sales and delivering tailored solutions to meet the diverse needs of our clients.

As the Lead Life Insurance Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of life insurance sales within the agency. This role focuses on working closely with clients to assess their insurance needs and recommend appropriate life insurance products that align with their long-term financial goals. You will concentrate fully on building relationships, closing sales, and providing exceptional service.

• Drive life insurance sales through consultative and needs-based selling on a part-time basis.
• Engage with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide expert advice on life insurance solutions.
• Present, explain, and sell a variety of life insurance products, including term life, whole life, and universal life policies.
• Develop and maintain a portfolio of clients, ensuring strong relationships and regular follow-ups.
• Provide ongoing client support by answering questions, reviewing policy updates, and recommending adjustments to coverage when needed.
• Meet and exceed individual sales targets by generating new business and cross-selling life insurance products to existing clients.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and product developments to ensure youre offering the best possible solutions to clients.

• Proven experience in life insurance sales, with a strong understanding of life insurance products.
• Active Life Insurance License (required) .
• Excellent sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work part-time while achieving performance goals.
