Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) in Bolivar, MO is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN, LVN) to join their dynamic team providing services to our Home Health patients.

A typical day as an LPN will include: the opportunity to develop a relationship with our patients and supportive healthcare team. The licensed practical nurse (LPN) is an integral part of the healthcare team who is responsible for providing excellent care to the patients, utilizing strong critical thinking and assessment skills, in accordance with federal and state regulations. The LPN will see 5-6 patients to provide skills in the home.

Job Requirements:

Education: Associates
Skills: Patient care experience
License:LPN,LVN
