We are seeking a Legal Nurse Consultant to join our Product Liability & Mass Torts practice group. They will work with the attorneys on our litigation team and report directly to the Director of Practice Management. Key Responsibilities: Establishes, organizes and maintains case files, medical records, pleadings, attorney notebooks, expert witness notebooks, and document indices and lists. Reviews, analyzes and summarizes case files, medical records, and other applicable documents for the purpose of preparing matter evaluations and status reports. Arranges for expert witness inspections and obtains approval from counsel of record and specified parties. Performs assigned medical research using all available resources. Verifies citations and references in written and computer-generated materials for accuracy. Key Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in nursing with 5+ years of clinical experience. Prior experience as a legal nurse consultant (knowledge of legal principles and practices at a level normally acquired through formal paralegal training or its equivalent). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to review materials and analyze for accuracy. Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to work overtime. The firm offers a generous total compensation package with bonuses and raises awarded in recognition of individual merit-based performance. Pay Transparency Range: The anticipated full-time annualized salary range is ($115,000 - $150,000). The salary offer will be contingent upon various factors, including but not limited to, relevant experience, internal equity, market data, job location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
