As a Full-Time Lead Generation Specialist at CGC WATER TREATMENT AND PLUMBING, you will play a pivotal role in generating leads and setting appointments through diverse avenues. Your responsibilities include prospecting by tapping into Home Depot store leads, networking with local Chamber of Commerce groups, and effectively communicating with potential customers. By educating Home Depot Associates on Kinetico products, you will help foster strong relationships that enhance our brand awareness in new territories. This role will also involve actively engaging with the communities we serve, allowing you to build connections and ensure they know who CGC is while solidifying our commitment to excellence and community service.

Your contributions will be crucial in establishing a reliable presence and growing our footprint in the utility industry.

To thrive as a Full-Time Lead Generation Specialist at CGC WATER TREATMENT AND PLUMBING, a blend of essential skills and attributes is vital. You should possess a strong understanding of sales principles and have experience in setting appointments and prospecting, although prior experience is not a strict requirement. A motivated, self-directed mindset will empower you to work independently and take the initiative in managing changing priorities effectively. Excellent listening, verbal, and customer service skills are crucial for establishing meaningful connections with potential customers.

Additionally, networking experience can bolster your success in generating leads. Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish, will enhance communication with diverse communities. A coachable mindset is essential, as you'll receive ongoing training and accountability to ensure your continuous growth. Finally, a valid Driver's License is required to facilitate your outreach efforts within the Greater Charlotte and surrounding areas, including Hickory, Statesville, Kannapolis, Gastonia, Rock Hill, Lancaster, Hendersonville, and Asheville.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
