The Virtual Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) role involves providing mental health support through a private practice, either in-person or via telehealth. This flexible position allows clinicians to manage their own schedules while receiving support from Headway, including billing, marketing, and patient referrals. Ideal candidates are fully-licensed social workers looking to grow their practices with the help of streamlined administrative processes.

Remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Wage: Between $95-$122 an hour

And we do this completely free of charge to you! Headways is a flexible service, meaning your hours are yours to set, and it’s up to you whether you see your patients in-person or remotely via telehealth while working from home. We accept the following licenses on a state by state basis:
