Job Description:
We are hiring a Junior Project Manager for a 6-month W2 contract. This is a remote position requiring EST business hours (9am-5pm). The Junior Project Manager will assist with planning, coordination, reporting, and documentation to support project delivery. The role involves using project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Asana, or Trello .

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
\n

\n
• Support senior project managers in defining project scope, objectives, schedules, and budgets
\n
• Create and manage Jira issues and Confluence project updates
\n
• Schedule meetings, track milestones, and document risks/issues
\n
• Prepare project status reports for management and clients
\n
• Maintain project documentation and ensure quality standards
\n
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, clients, and team members
\n

Requirements (Must-Haves):
\n

\n
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
\n
• 0-5 years of experience
\n
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
\n
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
\n
• Experience with project management software and tools (Jira, Confluence, Asana, Trello, MS Project)
\n
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
\n
• Must live in EST or CST

• CAPM certification (Certified Associate in Project Management)
