The Opportunity
We're seeking a motivated and skilled litigation attorney with 35 years of experience to
join our expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of meaningful
cases, develop your litigation expertise, and make a real impact in the lives of employees
facing workplace injustice. You'll work independently while being supported by a
collaborative team that values professional growth.
What You'll Do
Manage a diverse caseload of employment litigation matters from inception through
resolution
Draft pleadings, discovery requests and responses, and dispositive motions with
precision and strategic thinking
Conduct and defend depositions confidently and effectively
Prepare and argue motions, including motions for summary judgment, before state
and federal courts
Represent clients at hearings, mediations, and case management conferences
Develop case strategy and maintain strong client relationships through regular
communication and updates
Collaborate with opposing counsel and actively participate in settlement
negotiations
Prepare cases for trial and assist with compelling trial presentations
What We're Looking For
35 years of litigation experience, preferably in employment law or civil litigation
Active California State Bar membership in good standing
Proven ability to manage cases independently from start to finish
Strong legal writing and oral advocacy skills
Experience with discovery, motion practice, and depositions
Excellent client communication and relationship-building abilities
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated, organized, and able to handle multiple priorities
Passion for advocating for employee rights and workplace justice
