We are seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. This individual will report to the Creative Director and play a key role in crafting compelling visual content that aligns with our brand’s mission and resonates with our audience. This role will operate across all entities of Confirmed360 including Granted.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and create visually engaging assets for email marketing campaigns, including Emails and promotional materials.
• Develop social media graphics for marketing campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Twitter.
• Assist in the production of simple video edits for promotional content, including event highlights, partner features, and branded stories.
• Support creation with print assets including merch items like clothing, posters, etc. for touring operations and sports partnerships.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design digital ads, banners, and landing page graphics for campaigns.
• Maintain brand consistency across all design projects, ensuring all creative outputs align with Confirmed360’s premium and exclusive image and Granted’s touring presence.
• Work with cross-functional teams to support the creation of presentation decks and client proposals.
• Stay updated on design trends and bring fresh ideas to enhance the company’s marketing and branding efforts.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 3-4 years of experience in graphic design (internships or freelance work count).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and familiarity with Canva.
• Basic knowledge of video editing software, with the ability to produce simple and effective edits.
• Understanding of email marketing tools and platforms like Klaviyo is a plus.
• Strong eye for design, composition, and detail with an understanding of branding principles.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and their respective visual content best practices.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• A creative mindset with the ability to take constructive feedback and iterate on designs effectively.
• Passion for the music, sports, and premium events industry is a plus.

Salary Range: $62K-$68K Annually
