Junior Graphic Designer Are you passionate about design and eager to grow your skills in the graphics industry? We’re looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our team! This entry-level role is perfect for someone creative, detail-oriented, and excited to learn the ins and outs of digital and large-format print production. In this role, you will be assisting with the design, setup, and production of digital and large-format projects. You’ll have the opportunity to work on a variety of creative projects, from designing digital prints to collaborating on large-scale installations like vehicle wraps and wall murals. Key Responsibilities Assist with the setup, design, and production of digital print projects using software like Adobe Creative Suite. Support the large-format department with design adjustments and production tasks, such as preparing graphics for installation. Work alongside the production team to ensure high-quality output that meets client expectations. Learn and apply color-matching techniques, including calibrating designs to match Pantone colors and previous projects. Collaborate with the team to manage and prioritize daily projects efficiently. Assist with project installations, including on-site work for vehicle graphics and wall murals. Maintain a clean, organized workspace and support equipment maintenance when needed. Qualifications Basic graphic design skills; experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus. A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually compelling designs. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and workflows. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. A team player with excellent communication skills.
