Our real estate investment company is seeking a talented and experienced Junior Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. The Junior Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing graphics, images, and other design elements that effectively communicate our brand message to our target audience. This position requires a strong creative skill set, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and design creative visual materials such as brochures, flyers, social media graphics, infographics, banner ads, email marketing graphics and other marketing collateral
• Web and App UX/UI design
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all design materials align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate the company's messaging
• Create and edit images, graphics, and other visual elements for use on websites and social media channels
• Stay up to date with design trends, software, and technologies
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field or equivalent work experience
• 1+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in real estate or related industry
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and other graphic design software
• UX/UI Experience
• Excellent attention to detail, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and communicate design ideas effectively
• Strong time management and project management skills
• You must include a link to your portfolio to be considered. No exceptions.
• Mac Proficient
• Has a keen eye for site functionality and areas of site improvement
• Basic-Intermediate Knowledge of HTML/CSS
• Technical understanding of websites
• Outstanding ability to organize and prioritize daily workflow.

Pay Scale and Compensation Benefits:

The Junior Graphic Designer position will be full-time, with a competitive salary range of $55k-60k annually based on experience and qualifications.
