Day.™ Supergoop! is seeking a Jr. Designer who will be working with the Creative Team/Digital Design. Our digital design team works behind the 'screen to create stunning graphics that bring our brand campaigns to life-online. We're looking for someone who is passionate about design and has a solid understanding of core graphic design principles-typography, color, composition, and working with photography. The ideal candidate will have an interest in designing for all platforms across the digital landscape. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to help shape the evolution of our brand by creating captivating designs, while supporting the production of assets for our website, email campaigns, paid media ads, social media and more! This position requires strong critical thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to shifting priorities. This person thrives in a fast-paced team environment and is comfortable producing high-volume, best-in-class digital work. The role is based in our NYC office, with a hybrid schedule that includes in-person work on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, and remote work on Mondays and Fridays. Role & Responsibilities Working with the digital design team to execute stunning and on-brand digital marketing materials including but not limited to web designs, email campaigns(static & animated gif), social media and paid media graphics Perform production design tasks (resizing graphics, making edits, exporting files, etc) Prepare presentations for creative review meetings Ensure brand consistency and adherence to design guidelines Staying up-to-date with industry trends and tools Strong understanding of social media platforms & their specific requirements Video/animation design skills are a plus! Job Qualifications 1-3 years experience as a Graphic Designer - beauty or skincare brand experience is a plus!
