Job Summary:

As a Junior Recruiter, you will receive hands-on training, develop your skills in talent sourcing and relationship building, and play a key role in helping businesses find top talent. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for a variety of positions.
• Learn and develop sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, and other recruitment tools to identify potential candidates.
• Communicate with candidates to gather information, schedule interviews, and maintain professional relationships.
• Collaborate with the senior recruitment team to understand client needs and contribute to tailored recruiting solutions.
• Maintain accurate and organized candidate records and other recruitment documentation.
• Support senior recruiters with administrative tasks, follow-ups, and candidate onboarding.
• Engage in continuous learning and professional development to enhance recruiting skills.

Qualifications:

• No prior recruiting experience required—training will be provided!
• Excellent communication skills and a desire to work with people.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take initiative.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and willing to learn new systems.
