At Zurich, technology is central to our operations, from underwriting to claims processing. Our Information Technology team provides the latest tools to ensure efficiency and excellence, while safeguarding our systems and enabling our business strategies. IT functions include application development, enterprise architecture, and risk and compliance management. About the role: Collaborate with UX/UI designers and stakeholders to design and develop AEM components, templates, and workflows that meet project requirements. Integrate AEM with third-party systems and platforms using APIs and other methods. Configure AEM settings, permissions, and workflows based on project needs and best practices. Assist in content migration and authoring, ensuring seamless transition and adherence to guidelines. Optimize AEM performance by addressing bottlenecks, improving code efficiency, and implementing caching strategies. Work with front-end and back-end teams to ensure cohesive digital solutions. Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to team members and stakeholders. Document technical specifications, system architecture, and processes for future reference. Conduct code reviews and participate in quality assurance activities. Basic Qualifications: Two-year degree in CIS/Computer Science or 1-2 years of IT development experience in lieu of degree. Preferred Qualifications: Proven experience as an AEM Developer, including custom component development and integration. Experience with AEM Core Components and Touch UI development. Knowledge of AEM administration, including user permissions and system maintenance. Understanding of software development methodologies, version control, and CI/CD processes. Strong problem-solving skills and teamwork ability. Excellent communication skills for conveying technical concepts effectively. Effective task management and prioritization skills.
