Job: Investment Banking Senior Associate - Denver, CO

Compensation: $160,000 + Bonus

Company Overview: We our currently partnered with a leading management Consulting and Investment Banking firm with several years of experience in the construction, infrastructure, and building environment sectors. Our client is looking to add an Investment Banking Senior Associate to their Energy Transition team in Denver, CO. This role offers the opportunity to work within the industrial space, contributing to impactful projects and collaborating with industry experts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the execution of transactions within the Energy sector.
• Conduct financial analysis, modeling, and valuation.
• Prepare presentations and reports for clients and senior management.
• Support the team in business development activities and client relationship management.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of Investment Banking experience.
• Background in the industrial sector is a plus but not required.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be located in the Denver, CO area.
