Company Summary : We are currently partnered with a rapidly growing, highly active full service boutique Investment Bank looking to add an experience Associate to their deal team in Washington D.C. This individual will have the opportunity to work across a variety of different industry sectors in the middle market and lower middle market space on a lean team, giving them tons of exposure to different transactions while working closely with senior leaders. The Investment Banking Associate will be responsible for: Conducting financial analysis, due diligence, and industry research Putting together marketing materials and pitch decks Working on M&A transactions throughout the lifecycle of the deal Working closely with senior leaders and clients The Investment Banking Associate should have: At least 2 years of Investment Banking and/or sell side M&A experience (any sector) Direct ties or currently located in Washington D.C. or greater DMV region A Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field Exceptional financial modeling skills This role is moving quickly!
