We are working with a top-tier Investment Banking team based in Raleigh, NC, seeking to add an Investment Banking Associate to their growing Construction M&A practice. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in live deal execution, contribute to a fast-paced and entrepreneurial team, and gain meaningful exposure to strategic advisory and M&A transactions within the construction and infrastructure space.
The Investment Banking Associate will be responsible for:
Leading the preparation and delivery of presentations throughout the M&A process.
Driving execution on buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions.
Managing due diligence processes and coordinating with internal and external parties.
Conducting in-depth industry and company research to support deal activity.
Overseeing financial modeling, valuation, and strategic analysis.
Building and maintaining relationships with current and prospective clients.
The Investment Banking Associate should have the following qualifications:
2+ years of experience in Investment Banking or a related field (M&A advisory, corporate development, etc.).
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline.
Strong M&A transaction experience, with a preference for candidates who have worked within industrials or construction-related verticals.
Proven ability to manage complex projects and present to senior stakeholders.
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
