Responsibilities: Position Summary The Order Picker fills work orders by accurately identifying and pulling materials and delivering them to the requested destination. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Picking parts of various size, shape, and weight according to work orders Placing parts carefully in kits to avoid damage. Delivering part orders to the requested work site. Meeting expectations for number and accuracy of work orders picked. May be required to use material handling equipment, (forklift, big joe, etc.) following all safety rules. Maintaining a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat and complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Reading and maintaining information in the inventory system, ensuring accurate records. Employees are responsible for comply with all requirements of Daifukus QMS policies and procedures. Employees are to ensure sustainable process outputs that drive continuous improvement to provide leading industry performance and exceptional customer satisfaction. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred Experience operating forklift equipment a plus Experience with inventory a plus Good computer skills Good verbal communication skills Ability to read and write English and use basic math Good organization skills Good time management skills Self-motivated and detail-oriented Team orientation #LI-DNP Daifuku
