T he New York Post is looking for talented Social Media Intern for the fall!

Responsibilities:

• Seek opportunities and attend events to film local exclusive video content for New York Post and Page Six social media accounts. Event opportunities will vary by candidate depending on shift availability and include news and entertainment events.
• Edit and package video content to post on New York Post and Page Six social media accounts including Facebook, X, Instagram and TikTok.
• Edit and package photo galleries to post on New York Post and Page Six social media accounts.
• Optimize original site content for social platforms and execute posting across platforms such as Facebook, X, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat and more.

Qualifications:

• Must have great news judgment.
• Be on top of what is trending on social media.
• Experience in content creation
• Experience in video and photo editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop and Canva.
• The ability to work independently.
• A passion for anything news related!

Pay Range: $16/hour - $16/hour NYP Holdings , Inc.
