How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities) Delta's Marketing team is seeking best-in-class talent for our 12-week summer internship starting mid-May or early June through August 2025, that may lead to full-time employment. Our interns are full members of our team, developing a deep understanding of our global company, directly supporting the efforts of our Marketing teams, and gaining exposure to other departments, partners, and experiences. Summer interns will be placed within the Marketing organization in one of the following areas: Integrated Ops - Desired skills include project management, strong attention to detail, and effective planning and time management skills Insights, Data, and Analytics - Desired skills include the ability to read data and translate into insights (make the data make sense), desire to dig deep into data and understand they "whys," comfortable using various visualization tools and platforms Marketing Data Science - Desired skills include Python, SQL, AWS, Data Visualization tools Sustainability - Desired skills include an interest in sustainability or purpose marketing and analytical skills to assess trends and consumer behaviors Sponsorships - Desired skills include an interest in sports marketing, communications, and events Creative - Desired skills include Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop preferred; illustrator a plus), graphic design layout and composition, experience with photography, typography, and brand identity, knowledge of creative advertising, digital marketing, social media marketing, and experience with primary social platforms. Figma, Adobe AfterEffects, or Adobe Premier will set you apart Global Product Marketing - Desired skills include project management, strong attention to detail, effective problem-solving skills, and previous intern experience Relationship Marketing - Desired skills include project management Co-brand Marketing - Desired skills include adaptability, business maturity, and strong attention to detail Internal Operations - Desired skills include project management, strong attention to detail, experience with course authoring tools like Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, Captivate, etc. a plus Over the course of the summer, interns will take individual ownership of a project that will help them to acquire marketing skills and provides them with knowledge of a variety of marketing strategies. What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications) Must be an undergraduate student enrolled in a 4-year degree program in pursuit of a bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Journalism, Mass Media, Communications, Creative Design, Graphic Arts, Instructional Design, or a related discipline Must be enrolled in a 4-year degree program during the duration of the internship to participate. Must be able to work onsite in our Atlanta, GA office for the duration of the 12-week internship program during the Summer of 2025 Experience in deck writing or presentations, project coordination, and analytics communications Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills Demonstrated organizational skills, including attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and pivot for unexpected deliverables or needs Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Excel; knowledge of SharePoint site administration and OneDrive experience is preferred Willingness/ability to learn new skills is required Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles * Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
