• Contract Duration: 12-months
• Worksite Location: Hartford, CT | Hybrid
• Compensation: $40.00 - $47.00 per hour

What you’ll do as the Interactive & Motion Designer:

• Collaborate with art directors and creative team members to design and build interactive experiences using the CEROS platform
• Develop visually compelling concepts and designs that align with strategic business goals and meet accessibility compliance standards
• Execute designs in accordance with brand guidelines, adapting to evolving project needs and timelines
• Contribute to motion design work, including 2D and 3D animation, visual storytelling, and interactive elements
• Search for, retouch, and manipulate images as part of asset development
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with shifting priorities and tight deadlines
• Maintain organized files using version control and naming conventions
• Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders, designers, and marketing managers throughout project development

What you’ll bring to the Interactive & Motion Designer role:

• Strong skills in digital and interactive design with a foundation in color theory, typography, layout, and user experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator), CEROS, and tools for wireframing, UI/UX, and HTML/CSS
• Ability to transform initial concepts into engaging interactive and motion design experiences
• A strong online portfolio showcasing innovative and strategic design work
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
• At least 1 year of professional experience in digital design
• A self-starter mindset with a passion for design and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Associate's degree, B.A./B.F.A., or equivalent experience preferred
