REQUIREMENTS
• Previous patent prosecution law firm experience,
• Patent bar membership,
• Background in one of the following fields: cell or molecular biology, immunology, biochemistry, bioinformatics, organic chemistry, medicinal chemistry, cancer biology, pharmacology, biophysics, or digital health focused disciplines or biomedical, mechanical or chemical engineering
• For attorneys: Law degree from accredited law school
• Experience with drafting and prosecution of medical device, mechanical, and basic electrical technology-related applications desired
• Preference for additional patent or work experience in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, chemical compositions, and/or software.
