Property & Casualty Insurance Specialist: Work Remotely with a Leading Local Allstate Agency

We are seeking experienced Property and Casualty Insurance agents to join a top-performing Allstate agency in Honolulu, HI. Energetic and dedicated individuals with a positive mindset are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct high levels of activity including phone calls, texts, and emails
• Complete new business onboarding
• Schedule insurance reviews and financial appointments
• Identify new business opportunities via telephone, referrals, and various lead sources
• Identify cross-sell opportunities

Qualifications:

• Active Property and Casualty License (required)
• Sales experience with Allstate, State Farm, or Farmers (preferred)
• 1+ years of experience in the insurance industry (preferred)
• Positive outlook and disposition
• Coachable and eager to learn
• Willingness to learn new programs and processes
• Reliable

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday
• 40-hour workweek
• Weekends off + Paid Holidays

Work Location:

• In-office preferred for candidates within a 20-mile radius of Honolulu, HI 96825
• Remote work option available for HI residents outside the 20-mile radius
