Job Description: Instructional Designer

Position Summary: We are looking for a talented Instructional Designer with expertise in Articulate 360. The successful candidate will design and develop engaging training tailored for various roles within our organization. This position demands a thorough understanding of instructional design principles, ADDIE model, proficiency with e-learning authoring tools, and a passion for crafting innovative learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Instructional Design and Development:
  • Apply the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) to create instructional materials and learning experiences.
  • Design and develop interactive e-learning courses using Articulate 360, including Storyline, Rise, and other tools within the suite.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather and analyze content, ensuring the accuracy and relevance of training materials.
• Project Management:
  • Manage multiple instructional design projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Conduct needs assessments and gap analyses to identify learning objectives and performance outcomes.
  • Create and maintain project documentation, including design documents, storyboards, and course outlines.
  • Work closely with the training team, SMEs, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Adult Learning Technologies, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Articulate 360, including Storyline and Rise.
• Strong understanding of the ADDIE model and other instructional design frameworks.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and SCORM/AICC standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the healthcare or related industry.
• Certification in instructional design or e-learning development.
• Familiarity with other e-learning authoring tools and multimedia software.
• Familiar with Moodle LMS system.
