Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an Infrastructure Engineer for one of their clients. The Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for designing and implementing security systems. Their day-to-day tasks include evaluating various network and security technologies to develop requirements for local area networks, wide area networks, software-defined wide area networks, VPNs, routers, firewalls, and other related devices. They need to have an in-depth understanding of security technologies, such as Active Directory, various authentication methods (like MS Azure, ADFS, SSO, and multi-factor authentication), and authentication protocols. They will implement new security designs and hardware, continuously monitor the security environment to identify gaps, and enhance security measures. To stay updated, they track emerging security practices and standards, participate in educational opportunities, read professional publications, and maintain personal networks. They will collaborate with the networking team, Incident Response team, and applications engineers to ensure a robust security posture and achieve global security excellence.

Must Haves:

• 5-7 Years of IS Security Experience including advanced firewalls, networking, VPN, and multi-factor authentication
• Experience utilizing Palo Alto
• Bachelor's or associate degree in a technology or business-related discipline

Plusses:

• CCNA, CCIE Security, CISSP security certification
• Project management skills
• Experience utilizing FirePower, Fortinet
