The Industrial Painter plays a crucial role in ensuring that various surfaces and structures of the containers are properly coated and protected from environmental factors. This position requires a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of different painting techniques and materials. The Industrial Painter will work closely with other team members to meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as an industrial painter or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of painting techniques and materials.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in industrial painting or related field.
• Experience with specialized coatings such as fiberglass or epoxy.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in industrial environments.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primers as necessary.
• Keep appropriate mixtures of paint as needed.
• Apply paint or other coatings using spray equipment.
• Inspect completed work for quality and adherence to specifications, making adjustments as needed.
• Maintain and clean painting equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
