Education Assistance Job Details Our dynamic Firm is seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to join our team. This role requires a highly skilled professional who can lead HVAC projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and construction, with a proven track record in managing budgets, defining the scope of work, and controlling project costs. Responsibilities: Plan and implement large HVAC projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents. Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals. Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary. Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path. Plan, schedule and track project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools. Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations. Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas. Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans. Build, develop, and grow business relationships vital to the success of the project. Education/Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Master's degree is a plus. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the HVAC / MEP Industry. Ability to Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously, including both large and small jobs. Proven experience in Project Management, Budgeting, and Cost Control. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, construction processes, and mechanical engineering principles. Leadership Skills to guide large project teams and the HVAC MEP department.
