We are seeking a skilled and reliable Commercial HVAC Mini-Split Installer to join our team. The installer will be responsible for the layout and installation of ductless mini-split HVAC systems in commercial settings. This role requires technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely and efficiently on job sites while delivering high-quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, mount, and secure ductless mini-split HVAC systems in commercial facilities.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and manufacturer specifications.
• Run refrigerant lines, drain lines, and mount air handlers and condensers.
• Perform pressure testing and evacuation of refrigerant systems.
• Ensure installations comply with local codes, safety standards, and manufacturer requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades on job sites.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate professionally with clients and team members.
• Follow all company safety policies, OSHA guidelines, and site-specific safety requirements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in HVAC installation, preferably with ductless mini-split systems.

• Strong knowledge of HVAC tools, equipment, and installation practices.

• Ability to read blueprintsand technical manuals.
• Experience working in commercial construction environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
