You’ll: Inspect jobs during and after installation to ensure top-notch quality Set the bar for workmanship, safety, and company standards Train and coach installers so everyone knows what “great” looks like Continuously improve processes to eliminate mistakes and rework Run the Jobsite Like a Pro Winning looks like: Jobs finished on time, on budget, and without chaos. You’ll: Plan, schedule, and oversee residential, commercial, and new construction installs Coordinate materials, equipment, and manpower so crews aren’t waiting around Keep SKUs streamlined while maintaining quality Monitor progress daily and pivot when needed Manage large and multi-phase projects from walkthrough to final completion Build, Lead & Motivate Crews Winning looks like: A skilled, motivated team that shows up prepared, works safely, and has each other’s backs. You’ll: Lead multiple install crews and set clear expectations Provide regular feedback, coaching, and recognition Make sure crews align with company standards and core values Manage time-off efficiently so schedules stay intact Ensure every crew has the tools, materials, and manpower to succeed Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement Create Happy Customers Winning looks like: Customers who feel informed, respected, and confident they chose the right company.
