The Human Resources Generalist performs a wide-range of duties in all HR functional areas to support a 2 shift manufacturing facility in Bloomington, MN. This position reports to the HR Director and will carry out responsibilities in data administration, training, onboarding, employee communications and activities, HRIS and general administrative duties in a fast-paced environment. This position requires flexibility and adaptability along with strong relationship building and organizational skills. The HR Generalist must demonstrate discretion and maintain confidentiality.
