HUMAN RESOURCES INTERN
SCOPE:
This internship is designed to expose students or new graduates to the Human Resources function within a nationally operating residential real estate company through hands-on experience and training. Assignments will be given across various HR disciplines including recruiting, on-boarding, credentialing and HRIS administration.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Under supervision, independently performing daily transactional tasks.
Assisting with cost, process and policy analysis.
Research HR-related inquiries from employees and management.
Completion of special projects.
General administrative office work, including but not limited to responding to answering the phone, making photocopies
QUALIFICATIONS: Must be a student in good standing at an accredited college or university, currently enrolled in an undergraduate major such as Human Resources, organizational Psychology, or Business Administration
College GPA of at least 3.0 at the time of application
Intermediate level proficiency or higher with current Microsoft Office software (including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint),
Ability to use the internet to research policy questions and best practices
Adaptable and able to learn new programs and software quickly

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

COMPENSATION: $17.00 - $18.00/Hour (Not Benefits Eligible). Bilingual in Spanish is helpful.
