Job Summary: (Weekend Availability is Must)

Manhattan Bagel is seeking a motivated and energetic Hot/Cold Grill Associate to join our team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality hot food items, including breakfast and lunch sandwiches, while maintaining a clean and organized work area. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook hot grill items, including eggs, breakfast sandwiches, burgers, and grilled meats, according to company recipes and quality standards.
• Operate the grill, flat top, oven, and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure food is cooked and presented correctly and in a timely manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station, following food safety and sanitation standards.
• Assist with prep work, such as slicing meats, vegetables, and portioning ingredients.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management regarding supply needs.
• Follow all safety and food handling guidelines to ensure customer health and satisfaction.
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth kitchen operations and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience in a grill cook, line cook, or food preparation role preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Flexible availability, including mornings, weekends, and holidays.
