Job Title: Clinical Assistant – Hospice Care

Location: Golden Valley, MN

Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00AM – 5:00PM

Compensation: $22-$25 per hour DoE

Position Type: Full-time, In-Office

Superior Hospice, a branch of the renowned Home Health Care, Inc., is seeking a detail-oriented Clinical Assistant to support our clinical operations and ensure the highest standards of patient care. Your Role as a Clinical Assistant: As an integral member of Superior Hospice, you will:

• Perform key administrative tasks, including faxing, EMR data entry, and form management.
  
• Schedule patient visits and coordinate clinical staff calendars.
  
• Answer and manage phone calls professionally and courteously.
  
• Assist with event planning and organizational initiatives.
  
• Provide administrative support to our volunteer program.
  
• Complete additional duties as assigned to support hospice operations.
  

Who We’re Looking For:

• Individuals with a High School diploma; Associate degree or higher preferred.
  
• Candidates with 1-2 years of healthcare experience; hospice experience is highly desirable.
  
• Professionals with 1-2 years of administrative assistant experience.
  
• Those proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Suite.
  
• Detail-oriented, organized individuals with reliable transportation.
