Job Title: Remote Healthcare Customer Care Representative
Location: Chandler, AZ (Onsite)
Pay Rate: $19.00/hr

Job Description:
We are hiring Healthcare Customer Care Representatives to assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans via inbound calls. Responsibilities include:

• Answer questions about prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions.
• Provide solutions to simplify the healthcare experience for members.
• Service a variety of clients and call types as business needs evolve.
• Participate in a comprehensive training program to ensure success in your role.

Training & Schedule:

• Training is onsite Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM local time.
• Post-training schedules are Monday through Friday; hours to be coordinated with business needs.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 1 year of customer interaction experience (call center, retail, hospitality, military, or similar).
• Proficiency in Windows-based applications.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining a calm, empathetic demeanor.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associates degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in healthcare or pharmacy benefit management.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to exhibit patience, empathy, and professionalism.
