• Collaborate with insurance carriers and healthcare providers to resolve client concerns efficiently.

What We're Looking For:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Skills: Exceptional communication, empathy, and interpersonal abilities.
• Mindset: A proactive problem-solver who can multitask and adapt in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience: Customer service or sales experience is a bonus, but not required. (We provide full training!)
• Knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare terminology is a plus, but a willingness to learn is essential.
