• full-time on-site role for a Hair Salon Assistant
• Responsible for greeting clients, helping stylists with hair care services including prepping, washing, styling, scheduling appointments, managing inventory, and keeping the salon clean and presentable.
• This role is the first step to becoming a successful stylist or color specialist at Spoke & Weal!

1. Qualifications (we will train!):
2. Experience in a customer service role
3. Basic knowledge of hair care services and products
4. Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
5. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor
6. Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
7. Prior experience as a Salon Assistant is a plus
8. Cosmetology license required (or in-school/recent graduate of cosmetology school and working towards license)
9. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
